Warranty for cosmetic tools

- Cosmetic Tools Guarantee: Our warranty for cosmetic tools encompasses any manufacturing, design, or material defects. Should you discover any such defects within 6 months of purchase, kindly notify our customer service team. Remember to capture a photo of the affected brush or brushes. Upon approval of your claim by our customer service, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Please ensure to affix this code on both the shipping box and include it with the invoice inside the box. You may then proceed to return your order, and we will promptly exchange it for a new one. Please note, the shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to include the RMA code on the box or invoice will result in the inability to process your claim. Additionally, items cannot be resent if returned without the RMA code or without prior approval from our customer service team.

Returns & Refunds

- Refunds cover the product cost minus shipping fees. Items must be in original saleable condition, with attached barcodes, packaging, and dispatch note. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please note, return postage costs are not reimbursed.
- In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by our warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Verify eligibility for return. Obtain RMA code from our customer service. Attach the RMA number and the purchased shipping label to the box before returning the items.
- If the product and its packaging remain unopened and undamaged, you qualify for a product refund. Please note, however, that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If any items in your order arrive in unsatisfactory condition, kindly inform us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item with your pack slip via our Contact Us page. Please note that we cannot address cases reported after 7 days of item receipt.
